Lino P. Varano (Musician/Educator)

B.Mus., B.Ed., O.T.C., M.Mus., M.Bus.

Lino is a long-time music teacher (Band, Choir and Trumpet specialist) having worked for the former Etobicoke and North York boards of Education and the T.D.S.B. (Toronto District School Board).  In addition, Lino was the Music Director and Principal Conductor of the Peel Regional Police Chief's Ceremonial Band from 2001-2006 and has held several posts as Principal Trumpet of various orchestras.  

He continues to teach, record, perform as a freelance trumpeter and Conductor, with both Jazz and Concert groups and in diverse musical settings.
